Day 26, to Lizard Camp  102km , 2114km to date,  148m up, 961m end

Same coments as yesterday, today some of the ride was great, but some absolutely awful, especially the deep sand.  Probably walked 5km through absolutely unridable deep sand today.  Fell twice, the good news is that the falls were both at zero speed, the sand having brought me to a full stop, then falling over.  Yes, the falls were onto the exact same spots on my knees that were scrapped up the other day - ouch!

Spend part of this evening talking to our Mongolian translator, a couple things learned:  Since the Russians helped Mongolia gain independence from China (Manchurian dynasty), they like the Russians, not so the Chinese.  

The typical “ranching” family moves their Gur at least 6 times a year to move their animals to new grazing land.
